Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and view your order history, but it's completely optional.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Use that number at ups.com to track your shipment in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $59 or more that weigh under 15 lbs qualify for free standard shipping. For orders exceeding 15 lbs are charged UPS standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Expedited 2–3 day shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
What if my order is under $59?
Orders under $59 and under 15 lbs ship at a flat rate of $10.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the same day they're placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Are your products shelf-stable?
Yes. All PantryCrate products are shelf-stable — no refrigeration required during shipping. Please read product labels regarding proper storage after opening.
Do you offer subscriptions? Not at this time. All orders are one-time purchases. Stay tuned for future programs.
