RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Policy
Because PantryCrate sells perishable food products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items once shipped.
However, we stand behind the quality of every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we'll make it right.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests may be submitted for the following reasons:
- Items damaged in transit
- Product quality issues (spoiled, compromised packaging, etc.)
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items from your order
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request within 10 days of your delivery date by emailing info@pantrycrate.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) where applicable
We reserve the right to request additional documentation or the return of an item before approving a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds are credited to the original payment method only
- Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement
